Well, apparently Boot Camp 3.1 doesn't install everything if it's not SP3. After I installed SP3 with the registry fix, the re-installation went well, adding proper drivers (such as function keys, the trackpad, the Boot Camp control panels). Remember this if doing something.
Unfortunately, I still need to do a lot of work.
- The hard drive in the Mac environment is totally visible. I want it to be partially hidden.
- This post links to something about disabling file sharing, but the link (attackdenied.com) is dead.
After I make the proper fixes, it should be good to go, and then it's off to making the changes suggested by said blogpost.
